She currently operates as an independent consultant for dairy farms, supporting producers in enhancing herd performance through the optimization of forage quality, nutritional strategies, and herd management practices.

She is part of Dairy Innovations LLC, a network of dairy professionals dedicated to translating the latest scientific advancements into practical solutions for the dairy sector.

Dr. Bonfante also provides training to fellow nutritionists in the application of the CNCPS model.

She strongly believes that animal welfare is key to achieving better and more sustainable long-term results, both for the herd and the farmer.
